One thing I greatly miss… is putting in that cartridge or CD into my game console, powering it on and just playing. No bullshit. Nothing online. No updates.

I don’t play much anymore, and I think that’s why. I feel like a big soul of gaming was lost.

• 🐛 Fixed an issue when a double <br> would appear in the content, but was meant to break into a new paragraph.
• 👾 Tweaked some font weights, sizes and layout on public facing post pages.

Added a simple "crossposting" screen in your #scribbles blog settings to copy your feed URL's or add straight to #EchoFeed using the button.

Oh and yes... surprise! Category specific RSS feeds are in there for at least a week 😜

Needs a bit of TLC, but am happy.

Slowly working on the Explore page on Scribbles. Having some fun with hover effects and bringing across some of that personality of each blog.

That whole page will be open to anyone at launch so you can find blogs, but for now it's part of the logged in experience — still much to do here.

Well, not as planned, different feature in #scribbles now live. You can now hide a post in your RSS feed (and also from explore if your blog is discoverable). It will always show on your blog. This was requested by a few peeps. Just use the gear icon.

Sorry, but I broke some stuff on Scribbles this morning, and only realised 30 minutes afterwards. All fixed. Only affected blogs with Tinylytics enabled and when you would land on an expanded post homepage or post page 😬

Added support for status.lol to Scribbles. Just head on over to your blog settings and add your "address" in the "status.lol & shoutouts" section. Shoutouts will come next week I reckon. Both will show in the footer.

Not 100% confirmed yet, however the way my Apple developer account is set up, and tied to my personal account, and with the changes they are requesting for “DSA” compliance, it might be impossible, without a new dev account, to update my apps going forward. Kinda sucks.

Contemplating if I should splash out on a gym membership again. All my workouts are at home with free weights and I have great results… I was turned off by the gym a few years back, mainly because it felt like it was full of angry people smashing weights.

I'm really sad that Apple made one of my favourite emojis "gender neutral" 😕 Instead of just giving me an option to choose it, if I wanted, which is the right thing to do if you're "neutral" about these things. But this isn't right at all. Makes me sad. Give me a choice and don't take it away from as a choice. Might as well make any "gender" emoji neutral in that case.

Gluon (https://gluon.app/) remains to be my happy app. So refreshing. I’m thinking of actually moving back my Fediverse handling to Micro.blog again. I just can’t get along with the other available apps.
