@nickserv SELinux is when you really, really need to lock a system down. On those occasions, you need a sledge hammer. For most of the rest of the time, I recommend AppArmor.

@quixote chromium_124.0.6367.201-1 will do the trick. You can get it for Debian here: https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/chromium/download As for Firefox, yeah, it doesn't have this problem, but boy does it have its own annoyances.
