Je viens de terminer Rain Code. Malgré de gros efforts sur le world building, des personnages assez fun et une direction artistique maîtrisée, voilà un titre finalement assez décevant après DGR 2 et DGR V3.

Oh mais j'y pense, je vous ai pas encore abreuvés, sous Mastodon, de ma collection de vieux jeux PC 🤓

De passage chez mes parents où elle est stockée je vais pouvoir vous montrer ça, je commence par ce Caesar II que je viens juste de recevoir.

Un jeu que j'ai jamais possédé mais que j'ai poncé chez un copain, son "Plebes are needed" me hante encore.

Le verso et l'intérieur de la boîte. On y voit la notice et le boîtier du CD.

@CorentinLamy @axiom Je suis bien d'accord. Et puis le moteur avait fait son temps. Ils auraient dû changer à l'époque, rien que pour la physique complètement pétée et les combats. Parce que bon, le creation engine, c'est pas loin d'être un gamebryo "surboosté". J'espère vraiment être surpris avec TESVI mais j'ai de moins en moins espoir.

I'm resurrecting my old FediDB developer tools to do some testing in Pixelfed, will be open sourcing the redesigned testing service soon!

This will make ActivityPub development much easier, and being able to test against other implementations without having to setup test instances is a game changer.

well yes, going from a federated platform with lots of instances to a mono-platform (sure, bluesky will be federated in the far future when lots of people set up instances that all connect to the one big bluesky pot, but the effect is the same) will remove that problem, or rather "they have no choice BUT to sign up to the single platform, love it or lump it" or am i missing something?
