Min partner og jeg var i Paris i weekenden, første rejse uden børn i tolv(!!!) år. Det var naturligvis vidunderligt - og varmt - og nu går al min tid med at lytte til fransk musik og lave fransk mad. Jeg håber virkeligt mine børn kan lide cognac og calvados, ellers får de det stramt.

The physio work I'm doing for my knees and heel is pretty slow motion stuff but feels like it's working. The last time I did physio was back in 1991 for 5 months of daily visits to a hospital when I had found myself unable to walk more than a few metres and had to give up football, tennis, running and hiking. The year after that physio I cycled from Dublin to Istanbul. I'll be happy this time if I can cycle to Kildare when it's all over - next year by the sounds of it.

There's an article in Vice arguing, in a US context, that because people can vape indoors they should bring back smoking sections. Ok, but people also go to the toilet indoors and I don't see Vice arguing for a return of that particular section to the dining room

The EPA responds to Hannah Daly's suggestion that they removed that tweet following pressure from the IFA.

"To reduce this very serious debate to a single tweet would diminish the seriousness of the discussion we need to have.

Lately I've being seeing behind the scenes of some 'influencers' and it really is all just staging.

@urbanfoxe @devxvda It's the very same with wealthy people. They talk about attending the world cup, playing golf in Augusta, snorkelling in Bali or a visit to Manchu Picchu like they're box ticking. Their pleasure is in the boasting. Normal people savour every last minute of a special trip.

Why is Flahavans oat milk so bad though? It's just wet oats, how do you screw up wet oats? I wanted it to be good, I want to support an Irish brand, but they've screwed up wet oats.
