If you're a #mastoadmin, please please please enable #hCAPTCHA support. There are notes on how in the thread linked below.

I know it's more of a burden for some instances, but please also consider turning on registration approvals.

Both options really do help with the #spam problem.

@tcely I know that invitation links bypass closed registrations, but I've never tested how they interact with capcha or approvals.

My expectation is that neither would be bypassed by invitations.
