This is not correct. Rust 1.72 simply improves error messages related to code disabled using the cfg operator. The https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/macro.cfg.html has been available since 1.0.0.

Does anyone know of any simple file drop software?

Not to be confused with file transfer such as transfer.sh. I want anyone to be able to upload files but only authorised users should be able to download them, not even the person who uploaded the files.
