Kabkab, traditional cassava crisps in Mindanao , home-made by hand, often served as snacks.

Made from boiled, mashed cassava, slightly salted and then mix is thinly-spread on banana leaves to dry for a few hours under the sun.

To serve, it's normally deep-fried in oil, then topped with sugar, honey, or latik syrup. In my case, air-fried after brushing it with some vege oil, then some cream cheese. That's lunch for me. 😋

Drag Race Philippines and Drag Den really were that impactful because growing up, gay kids only play chinese garter and that game taray-tarayan which is like our own version of a reading challenge before it was cool. And now literal kids as young as eight years old are engaging in BALLROOM CULTURE?? Literal kids who probably don't even know how to read yet are VOGUING??? Gay culture is alive and well, and thriving mamas. Happy mothers day to everyone who mothers.

Tonight, I was nearly by an driver who accelerated to pass on the left and make an right turn in front of me as I was going straight ahead through an intersection, coming within 2 feet of my front wheel. No other vehicles on the road. VT plate "PUTNEY".

I have a blinking red and a solid red taillight, a white helmet with a red reflector, reflectors all over. I have a 500 lumen headlamp and 350 lumen flashlight mounted to my handlebars. No way they didn't see me.

When I was a kid, #Cyclops was my least favorite #XMen for obvious reasons. He was bossy, clean-cut, and frankly had a boring superpower. But now I'm older, he's turned into my favorite. Cyclops is literally the guy who just wants to keep things together amid all the chaos. Dude just wants to have a family and a normal nine-to-five job without the kids getting in trouble while current events blow up all around him. And I like that his superpower is boring, as boring as "clocking in." #Xmen97
