@mutualaid update, we just had to place a grocery order which sent us a few more dollars into the hole. goal for mutual aid has gone up to $60 or whatever we can get. is for getting our account out of the negatives and then getting some food. Hello @mutualaid#MutualAid update. thanks to those who were able to assist. we are still negative a bit, because a couple of us had a bit of a sugar crash last night and had to put ourselves a bit more in the hole for food. What are everyone's thoughts on people putting symbols in the middle of words for the sake of censorship? for us, it makes the post harder to read, and/or makes us have to spell out a word to figure out what it's supposed to be. we personally feel this is an accessibility issue and wish people would just write the words out. cw if you feel that's necessary, but the more starred out letters in a word, at least to us, the harder it is to read. what are everyone else's thoughts?

also if we have to spell out more than 3 different words because they have symbols in them in 1 post, we're less likely to completely finish reading the post. we love engagement, but not when trying to play fill in the blank with sensored words. It gives us a blinding searing hammering migraine.

Some people appear to believe that due to being plural, a system is less lucid or less psychiatrically stable than someone who is singular or uses singular terms. plurality is not a delusion. it is not an unsafe way to be. nonfunctional plurality is an unsafe way to be, but if a system is functional, that is not. We feel that implying that speaking pluralspeak is somehow psychiatrically unstable stereotypes the plural community as a whole. If stereotypes are bad, let's stop using them.

Another goal is to get some heavy clothes, as we don't have many, and need them so we don't have to use the heat as much. As we check emails, we realize more and more that every corporation is almost always out there to condition society to accept capitalism. this hit us when we read a subject line in an uber email, which read, "Cozy up to uber 1 savings this winter". Our immediate reaction is a sarcastic comment, in this case, "Money won't keep you warm on a cold night." the world is conditioned to all be little capitalists, and to associate money and having lots of it with warmth and happiness.
