Il y a beau ciel bleu ce matin au pays du Roi Morvan. On fait coucou au petit nuage blanc.
Je vais faire des envieux avec mes 9h de sommeil de cotte nuit.
Je pensais aller voir l arrivée de @NErwan mais le temps que je m habille, me lave et que je fasse la route, il sera arrivée avant moi 😅.

J'ai tellement mal au dos que j'arrive pas à me concentrer. productivité zéro.
Le paracétamol n'a rien changé, je vais rajouter un AINS à midi.
Tout ça c'est bien triste mais le truc vraiment atroce est que j'ai bu mon premier café de la journée il y a 10 minutes.

Mercredi 09:55, je suis déjà épuisé mentalement.

Je sais, on devrait pas dire du mal de ses proches ni de handicaps, mais là… le #TDAH de ma fille qui se manifeste lors de "crises" par un comportement effronté et oppositionnel comme jamais, couplé à un égoïsme et égocentrisme hallucinant, qui fait qu'elle donne l'impression de se venger sur ses frères quand on lui tient tête, c'est… 😮‍💨😵😤😵‍💫🤯🤬.

Heureusement, elle a le rdv psy ce matin. J'sais pas si ça va changer gd-chose mais on va en parler…
