@OutofPrintArchive it has been ages since I played a Worms game, I hardly doubt this is the game I should try after a long time far from the franchise though.
If anyone has suggestions of which game should be the best nowadays I'm all ears 😁
Found #SoulHackers2 on a #Steam sale and, even though I've played it on #gamepass and abandoned it, I decided to add it to my collection on PC. I miss Ringo! I'll give it another try one of these days. #Persona5Tactica is also on sale, but I have a bunch of #strategygames to play, and I don't think it's a good idea to play it before I complete #Persona5Royal which is a time investment. #videogames#atlus#Sega
Cool to see writeup on a game that's already on my wishlist, Cobalt Core. It's on Switch, I may grab it there. I can't speak to if I like it yet, but I'm guessing I probably will. The genre is "sci-fi roguelike deckbuilder", which sounds odd but check the screenshots at these links- I kinda get it. I think it looks great - I dig weird strategy stuff like this sometimes. Now I'm even more psyched to play it.
First few attempts at playing #StarRealms today with OH.
First #DeckBuilding game either of us have tried. Generally enjoy #StrategyGames, and have watched a lot of #DeckedOut lately. This looked like an easier introduction to the genre than #Clank.
Trying not to be too salty about losing three from three. :-(
Very different game each time. One close enough that I would have won on the next turn. One where OH ended with more authority than at the start.
Also had the first couple of games of #TicketToRide : First Journey with 6yo.
We've played a lot of the full version lately, and he has 'helped' OH a few times, but there's just too much going on for him.
The kids' version is a really good simplification while feeling like the same game, and the second time through he was pretty much playing independently.
