This is a favorite table at a favorite restaurant from my youth. I used to go here with my college boyfriend and we’d always request this table. I went back decades later, long after he died unexpectedly, and this is how they set the table without knowing our story… 2 settings, 1 chair.
@Lizette603_23 Yes. He died too young. We were no longer together when he died, but I had hoped someday we’d get back together. He moved to CA for a job while I was still in college. Came back to WA, reached out to meet up, died before we could make it work. Like some kind of twisted romance novel.
@enog@kayakpatrick There was zero people on the boardwalk earlier - just me & Mom. Then, just me on way back because my Mom freaked the heck out over loud noise in forest & ran like hell, back to car 🤣 She thought it was a bear. It was a raccoon.
