I need to get better with picking things to work on inside of #PyQtGraph ... every time I'm motivated to improve the library, I start feeling overwhelmed...there's so much work to do, I don't know where to begin. And that goes w/o even looking at the 350 open issues on the issue tracker :lolsob:
Decided a good next step would be to have #PyQtGraph's dash docset (which I build for myself, but is in good shape) go to the community plugins, imagine my surprise when I realize @hynek is the maintainer of the doc2dash tool (someone I already follow) and the docs walk through the process step by step... thanks @hynek !
I have literally one step left on my #python#pyqtgraph "measurement distance #simulator" #data vis project and I'm suddenly like...ugh, can I even go on
Meanwhile, I woke up at literally 2am with an idea for a scheduling algorithm based around a spring network #physics model that I'm excited to try instead
(Obviously neither of these gets the trash emptied, the kitchen organized, the TV movie folder fixed or the plumber called)
Using my work provided MacBook Pro 2023 with the M2 Max and doing a project in Xcode, and Xcode is so snappy, never realized it could behave this way... then again, this laptop is w/o a doubt the fastest computer I've ever owned…
