Over the years I've collected many different single-board computers and microcontroller boards. Too many to even count.

But I don't think I've ever been as excited to get a new one as this: a #Neo6502 board from @olimex.

It's a 6502 (well, modern 65C02) mounted on a board, with the IO memory-mapped to an onboard RP2040 so that there is HDMI output, USB, and so on.

Now eagerly waiting for the weekend so I can play with it!

of course I needed to have VolksForth running on it — that was easy: with EWOZ firmware, the Neo6502 is Apple 1 compatible.
