An excellent #meander along the Charles River Greenway, binoculars (and Merlin app) in hand.
Grackles, starlings, an ultra-cute black-capped chickadee wrestling with a peanut (and winning!), a merganser (I think), white-breasted nuthatch (I also think), downy woodpecker, red-winged blackbird, heron, and of course plenty of canada geese, ducks, etc.
Merlin sound ID told me one of the birds I was hearing was a golden-crowned kinglet, but I never actually found it.
