It's Friday, and I've had a weird week, so I'm treating everyone to a double dose of my idol nonsense this morning, with two stone cold classic, thematically similar songs from each franchise.

It's a fine day for an Afternoon BanG Dream, don't you think? I've been meaning to share the anime performance of Utakotoba for ages but couldn't find a suitable time. But it's a fantastic scene, so here it is anyway.
Bandori has never been more dripping with genuinely emotional drama than in this scene, and I just had to make sure I found a subtitled version for the full effect. This genuinely made me cry a bit.
Now that the last of the summer #anime series have wrapped, it's time for me to binge.
First up is the new #BangDream season, focusing on the band MyGo. I don't play the game and I'm not really aware of all the different groups but I'm into all the drama in this!

Did you know, Bang Dream has singing voice banks of Kasumi (Popy) and Yukina (Rose) as part of the BanG Dream! AI Singing Synthesizer project called 夢ノ結唱, or Dream’s Duet.
The voice banks uses Cevio AI, yes the same program I use to generate the speech audio for our Mastodon how to videos. Talk is a separate editor to the song editor, which works similarly to Vocaloid. There are a lot of song banks from famous seiyuus. Yes, there is even a song voice bank from Kizuna Ai (#kzn), I wonder if there is a tie in with Kizuna no Allele.

Vocaloid songs are heavily prevalent in #osugame. Roughly 5 to 9 percent of ranked maps are from Vocaloid and many just as many covers that are untagged. Below are some of the ones that I like, each using a different Vocaloid, and additional commentary if needed.

Curious to see if anyone else that plays Bandori and/or Project Sekai has this issue.
I get tense during songs until I make a mistake and get a Miss, Bad or Good because of me being tense. And then, because I now know a Full Combo is impossible unless I restart, I play more relaxed and, a lot of the times, never make a mistake for the remainder of the song.
I need to somehow get in the mindset of FC being impossible even if I have yet to make a mistake, because I play better like that and, funnily enough, the chances of me getting that FC are higher.
