Our downstairs neighbours are moving out. Nice couple, early 30s, cat and dog, working/studying.

They're moving in with one of their parents because they can't find a rental.

They have to move because the owner is being forced out of their share house.

If this isn't our housing crisis in miniature I don't know what is.
