So Mastodon has an "instance/peers" endpoint that lists "domains that this instance is aware of".

I'm playing around with this a bit, and looking at one instance that knows about mine, but I can't find my own posts or my account on it.

Is this expected behavior?

PSA for all #PhD peers especially those in #PublicHealth and related areas.

Similarly #credentialed #peers calling you out for #HarmfulRhetoric #minimizing #Covid to people asking for #help online who don’t know any better—that critique is not harmful rhetoric. It might have #harmed your #feelings or your #ego but it is NOT the same as the actual #harm you are causing by using your credentials to encourage ppl to harm themselves bc you think they have #anxiety and can’t check your #ableism
