Optus tells me a operator is reviewing my message to get an understanding of what I'm wanting.

Operator comes on line, asks for details.

I say "Already entered".

Operator posts that they're reviewing my message to get an understanding of what I'm wanting.

Looking to an number.

Seems Optus has with the price for 365 day expiry nearly doubling.

And this with a company that has a poor record for whole of network reliability.
