A grey squirrel high (15m) in a tree. At first I thought it suddenly must have developed a case of vertigo, but then, it's a squirrel, so probably not. The photo isn't rotated, it's literally hugging a tree face down. Then it started its carefully planned ambush on another squirrel involving some acrobatics that I was sure would have sent both of them crashing to the ground. Pretty humbling and impressive at the same time, as I used the ladder to get down from the the tree walk, not feeling that great about my own physical limitations. #nature#squirrel#kewgardens#wildlife#london#lifeisstrange
An exploration of #VideoGame performances, this book merges #MediaTheory with performativity, revealing insights from Western art to digital storytelling.
Haven't picked up a guitar in months and months, and for some reason, YouTube really wanted me to watch this one music video so I finally clicked on it and it turned out to be Starcrawler 'I Love L.A.' and now I'm practicing A, B and F# power chords on my acoustic.
Next up is Pierre-William Fregonese''s "Raconteurs d'Histoires".
Focusing on the writers, this book delves into the importance of #GameWriting and #NarrativeDesign, and what sets story-driven games apart from their "instant enjoyment" counterparts.
Oh, #TellMeWhy is for free today on Steam! Get it, it's great!
It's from the same people who did the first #LifeIsStrange and it introduces into transgender topics in a very casual way.
Finished #lifeIsStrange tonight; absolutely loved it. I’ve found visual novels hard to get into in the past, but this different approach felt far more engaging to me. The characters are (mostly) great, and the decisions you make have a real impact and are often shocking. And I really enjoyed all the Twin Peaks references! Can’t recommend this highly enough on #steamDeck
Looking forward to Before The Storm now, and fwiw, I did not save Arcadia Bay…
