A personal best by a decent margin for me today, clearing 46.8 mi/75 km at a good pace! Starting in Shibuya I worked my way past Yokohama and ended close to Odawara, finishing on the Pacific coast with a beach all to myself! And my longest run ever of course meant lots of talks for my #AcademicRunPlaylist!
I had a fabulous first day back in Japan (meetings start tomorrow), which meant a trip to the onsen and a very long morning walk with talks for my #AcademicRunPlaylist! (1/6)
