as we try to survive night 70 and then start a new playthrough. We'll be giving away a copy of the game to celebrate the end of 10 years Early Access for this survival gem.
Not sure if it is for you? Come join us on Thursday 25.04 20:00 GMT+1/CET (Berlin) over on https://twitch.tv/imperorthefirst and find out if it could be!
Wow, I never expected 7 Days to Die leaving Early Access after this long! Personally, I don't think the game is ready for that yet. The Fun Pimps have a lot of unearned confidence that their game is ready to be considered stable enough for an official 1.0. I am being a snarky git and perhaps this 1.0 launch will all work out for the best. Time will tell!
@WanderingInDigitalWorlds Fundamental engine problems often are really hard to fix. Its possible they simply dont have anyone with the necessary skills, or there is so much legacy code stuff, they can`t fix stuff without breaking other stuff.
@goblin This is what I wondered as developers often commented on these factors being an issue. Its a delicate issue to solve, particularly if there isn't someone skilled enough to smooth out those issues on their team. In any event, I do hope for the best but never expect that to happen.
Was, das hier?
🥲
@hoetz It's zombie horror survival + crafting. Kinda like Valheim, except it's zombies, and every 7th night you're tested by an overnight zombie horde. Thriving mod scene, just like Valheim. The number of shapes available in crafting is immense, too.
@ShareYourGames I take it a step further and treat the game as a roguelike and delete the world on death. But I like roguelikes, so that’s definitely not for everyone.
