For all those who'd been wondering about FSEP and where it's at, @nivenly have just published an update: FSEP is on hold, pending the return of the original maintainer, or until a new maintainer can be found:
I've admittedly known this was roughly the case for a while, but Nivenly needed to make the announcement, so I'm glad that they have.
In my opinion, FSEP did have some good ideas in it, but was also mired with confusing language, unclear target audience, and too much of a relationship to TBS (which wasn't a proven data provider at the time).
