I haven’t had proper masala chai in forever, since even before I went vegan years ago. Using plant-based milk isn’t a huge obstacle at all, I just never did it because brain. House guest just made some for me and y’all I am so happy. I’ve got the biggest Cheshire Cat grin, despite burning my entire mouth, throat, and oesophagus worse than I ever have before. (Oops.) @tea
