#elections in #southafrica and #cycles
Where I live in #pretoria there are no operational street lights. Today I saw those guys below replacing some bulbs. We have elections coming up and the #anc is facing unprecedented political competition. We can use data on #nighttime#light density, before and after the elections, to test for a political cycle.
@manoel_bittencourt the light at the end of the tunnel (is not your new lightbulbs) but well they can run the polls, given all the other stuff that does not run well ;-)
