I don't think it would be appropriate to have a BBQ without @Macross , assuming he's amenable and not just burnt the fuck out on BBQ.

At a minimum, I think we need a director's chair and hotel style mini bar fridge so he can tell us how much we're doing wrong :)

I've cooked and served so many thousands of pounds of brisket etc over the last decade I don't crave smoked meats outside of work. I don't even have a smoker at home. 😁
