@kcarruthers I guess the advice about always having at least two full backups with one offsite and one local is true even for huge corporate peoples.

I'm just surprised this doesn't happen more often. I've been providing managed hosting as a boutique service for a handful of clients. My most anxious days are those in which I have to delete someone's account. I'm paranoid that I'll accidentally pick the wrong account or something will go haywire and the wrong account gets purged.
