stephann, 1 month ago If you are on MacOS and want to post GIFs of your game here on Mastodon: CMD+SHIFT+5 to use native record tool ffmpeg -i original_file.mov -vcodec h264 -acodec mp2 new_file.mp4 This will convert your .mov to .mp4 (no audio), decreasing your file size (eg. my last video went from 31mb to 3mb), and mastodon will not compress your video too much.
