This is a frankly dangerous and historically flat understanding of #genocide. Joe only permits judgments of genocide in hindsight. Yet, we know that 35,000 dead in Palestine is a conservative estimate. We haven’t accounted for the missing and disappeared. We know of badges of genocide: destruction of hospitals, libraries, mosques, and schools.
