Hey! Just because someone you really like says something, doesn't mean you should just accept it as truth out of hand.
I've seen several cases recently of generally really smart and reasonable people echoing blatant lies, either just because they didn't like the targets or the claims were just really bad and they don't want to be seen as "supporting" the bad thing being claimed.
Question, question, question! Hell, I question my own thoughts as I'm saying them. You should too.
