Under #capitalism, our employers don't care about our lives and safety, only profit. Profit is always prioritized above the #worker's well-being to the #capitalists. We need collective action and solidarity among workers to challenge capitalist exploitation and demand safer working conditions and equitable treatment. Don't take no for an answer.
