Just about recovering. It was almost 2 hours. There is no sign of infection. A little concerning about macular degeneration, but he said my eye health had not deteriorated since I was last seen there in 2015. They say it's the food which is keeping that stable. There is no point in my taking the supplements as I'm getting way more lutein and Xeaxanthin in my food. My diet changed in 2016.
I am booked to go back in 6 months.
So I am calming down.
And YAY for a #WFPB diet @wfpb
@Callalily
Plenty of dark green leafy veggies (kale, spinach etc) , as well as berries (including goji, black, raspberries and blueberries).
Sometimes I forget the reason I started eating the different foods like goji berries, but I just keep on, knowing there was a good reason. And then feel vindicated on days like today! Ha ha! @wfpb
@Callalily
I really hope not. It's a scary prospect. Let us know.
I'm so glad I got mine under control, when I did, despite serious auto-immune disorders. Everything that we do to take control of our own health gives us a great feeling of power.
@Callalily
Oh, my! That is a worry.

There are other videos on the topic on the site, just search glaucoma.
I am currently reading his "How Not to Age" book (from the library). I highly recommend it.
