Good news for Project Tapestry backers - we started sending out Wallaroo annual subscription codes yesterday for backers at the Linen level and above. If you backed at those levels and haven’t gotten an email yet, check your spam folder!
Additionally, if you've had problems receiving the code, try again! We were experiencing an issue with the system to distribute the codes initially but we believe it's been resolved. Thanks for your patience!
@jgns Message us on Kickstarter and let us know what email address you’d like us to update your account to. Then you should be able to get the code/email after we sub it out.
@piets there are still a handful of people who are not receiving the emails because they email hosting services have blocked them as spam. Write to us through Kickstarter and we’ll go from there but basically there’s a spam filter somewhere that’s blocking the email to you.
@flori keep in mind that before you try to set a wallpaper with the Wallaroo shortcut, you need to set your current wallpaper to a default image type. You can’t have a dynamic wallpaper or a solid color wallpaper set. If you do, the shortcut won’t work.
