Being passed back n forth like a ping-pong ball on the phone. With Amazon customer service. I canceled Prime almost a year ago. They charged me over $110 & I'm trying to get charge reversed.
@lps I just told them - I'm recording this call because I've heard you have shitty customer service & if it proves to be true - am sending full audio to 100+ media companies & they should probably work on resolving my issue, faster & efficiently or I am OK going after them, harder, in public. I got help - very quickly, after losing my shit on them, but not abusing any CSR (not my thing) & tell CSRs that I appreciate them but don't appreciate their shitty bosses or company they work for.
