so much software is built around a feudal, hierachial model. One person is King, with control over everything.

I wish more software (incl. mastodon admin rights) had built in democracy (“If X people in $GROUP make a decision, then it's valid” (e.g. “turn off registrations”))…

@ebel That is a generic secret sharding approach (I think), which uses ssb as transport.
