So far today Home Depot has informed me that my order is on time once, and then informed me that it's running late three times in a row, 9 minutes, 11 minutes, and 37 minutes after texting me to tell me it is on time.
@davidseidl USPS already has a lock on that. Everything I have shipped USPS shows as delivered around 11am the day of delivery, but it doesn't actually arrive until 6pm. Either the object is in a state of quantum flux for seven hours or they mark it as delivered when the put it on the delivery truck.
