(A quick footnote. We recycle bill numbers each session. So THIS Bill C-48 ought not to be confused with the LAST controversial Bill C-48, which dealt with banning oil tankers off the northern BC coast.)
@Paulatics Is there a mechanism to not re-use a bill number such as bill C-11 of C-18 while regulations and CRTC decisions are pending for actual implementations?
@Paulatics LOL we need a #librarian or some kind of metadata specialists to propose a modern identifier system for bills. #GovDocs are confusing and bills are more so over time. We can do this... 2023-C48 and 202X-C48. 😃
