@patrickcmiller Some say it's simple opportunism (see: IBM and 3rd reich) or lack of #ethics, but #geopolitics just sounds so much cooler.
#Apple may try pointing its partially bitten finger at other participants like #Microsoft, but they just happen to be #PRC's largest single funder, if not also technology provider, since the days before "people's republic"...
I'm sure '#empowerment" is listed somewhere as their key corporate value, but apparently no one explained that it should apply to individuals and not the regimes repressing them. 🤷🏻♂️
