Repeater! Merchandise is still one of the best songs ever. I saw them short after the publication of Repeater in Munich live. One of the greatest concerts I’ve ever been

@historyofpunkrock Of the four, Repeater.

I think Fugazi differentiates themselves from other punk (umbrella) bands starting at Red Medicine (1995) though. Their early output is great, but I find their later releases to be more interesting in a slow/repeated digestion type way. In that way, they rode the traditional arc of punk "professionalizing" their sound, even if their DIY ethos didn't change.

@grayson @historyofpunkrock I recently got into End Hits which was an LP I totally skipped over at the time for one reason or another so i kind of agree. I still think the best era was Steady Diet/Killtaker but I have a new found appreciation for the later records.
