@aral @robby I was looking to resell mine before this recall anouncement but didn't because I am terrified by the idea of someone getting harmed by this device.

@tk @robby I have to say, I absolutely love mine but I also respect the heck out of the fact that it’s not a toy and really took my time to learn how to ride it well (even though I’ve been skating all my life) and I make a point to be 100% engaged whenever I’m on it.

Also, I did install plastic float plates and they do make a difference should you nose dive (slides instead of stops).

Looking forward to seeing what the new haptic feedback is like.

@tk @robby (I feel part of the problem is they’re being sold as these Segway-like devices that anyone can just hop on and use and that’s just not true. You shouldn’t be on a Onewheel unless you’d be happy being on a skateboard or a snowboard.)

On the concept I like it. The pushback is not an obvious true/false mechanism.
