This morning I posted the article on the lower link (betterdwellling...)
Originally, here was an issue with the CRA demanding payment from tenants for unpaid landlords' taxes....complicated problem. See the lower link on the post if you need clarification.
Later today the CRA changed that rule so I edited my post to reflect it.
