I love that as soon as Charlie asks Donald for help with the screenplay, suddenly the whole movie we're watching pivots into Thriller Mode where they are spying on Meryl Streep and tailing her and discovering her drug addiction and being held at gunpoint and escaping into the swamp and

I love the swamp gator deus ex machina, which Charlie was explicitly told not to use by Brian Cox.
