Exo Is A Missed Opportunity
Alberta launched its own plans for urban and intercity rail last week: www.alberta.ca/passenger-railGO is well into its electrification and expansion program to provide fast 15 minute all day service with credit card tap. Cities like Sydney and Melbourne have long since done this and turned their commuter rail into rapid transit. Exo… nothing. How have we ended up left in the dust?
