@askDNA the tech certainly works, the downside is increased air pressure: it's playing a phase inverted audio wave to what the mics pick up
I'm a pseudo-musician in that I sang a capella for a long time, was in theater, and recorded stuff with friends at home studios. So I'm probably in that class of people you're familiar with haha
I definitely swear by them though! I don't even have crazy expensive ones - though I often consider it - just normal expensive ones lol. I rock the Shure SE215 with their wireless adapter (Shure Aoniq TW2) but I've used many different kinds over the years that I liked
