Follow-up on the Fellow Opus grinder now I've had it a couple of weeks:
It's quiet and the grind seems consistent. The de-ionizer works fabulously.
However I'm not convinced it's going as fine as expected (need a coffee friend to come help me dial in my doses) and, most significantly, I lose up to 3g out of a 19g dose inside it unless I thwack it on the head when it finishes.

An empty coffee cup sits on a scale showing 0.0g. A hand moves the cup to under the grinder behind it, thwacks the grinder on the top a couple of times. Coffee falls out of the grinder into the cup. The hand then takes the cup and puts it back on the scale. The cup, now with coffee in the bottom, registers 3.0g
