Eldritch Horror, hands down. It's almost 50cm cubed plus a 12cm tall bag that I stash on top of it. That's a custom box though to house everything and custom bits.

For delivered boxes, my BattleCon or Millennium Blades sets are almost that volume (but shaped more rectangular-ish), and that's how they were shipped.

@golgaloth Biggest in scale has to be Twilight Imperium 4th Edition. However, just in sheer box size it’s the big Wingspan box with all the expansions and upgrades loaded up. Here are both with the rest of the collection of normal-sized boxes for comparison.

@golgaloth A few of the early FF coffin boxes. They were dwarfed for a while by an Ogre.

@golgaloth i just sold my biggest one: Street Masters: aftershock. Roughly double the height, fits just in one kallax cube.
