@aral When the danish primeminister at the time Anders Fogh were applying for secretary general of NATO, the turkish state declared that the kurdish tv-station #Roj-tv should be closed in denmark. It was right after the Muhammed Cartoon crisis were freedom of speech were defined as a unrestricted. Roj tv was closed, and the turkish state accepted Fogh as candidate.
@jowek@aral Anders Fogh and Ulf Kristersson are very similar despite being two decades apart: They allowed in the far-right in their coalition, they destroy welfare and spend on military, they love NATO/US, revolutionized (ruined) their country's traditions in international policy and diplomacy, lots of talk about taxes but hypocrites keep spending. I'm sure there's more. The history of Ulf Kristersson and his far-right pillars is still being written, hopefully it'll be very short.
