My watch says "actual sleep time 9h 13min", and I really needed that. I've been on 3-5 hours most nights since the cursed daylight savings change three weeks ago.
The reason why DST is so disruptive for me is that I usually get 4-6 hours of sleep on a weekday. DST shaves an hour off that, which is a lot when I'm already on such a low amount of sleep.
Adding to it is that I haven't slept well the last two weekends either.
@markus I have it during the winter, but spring is usually when it gets better. Daylight savings throws a spanner into that. Especially this year when it happened in the middle of the Easter break.
