This is pretty insane. This is illegal and an overreach to protect a business woman who had a DUI. Which is part of the public record anyway. Thanks for sharing this.
It's one of those small town things where we need to get as much attention on it as possible because otherwise they'll manage to cover it all up and get away with it.
It's quite clear the magistrate is hoping to get away with just blatantly signing illegal warrants.
