@mlanger We shall see. This one is not due to their lack of interconnection, but destruction of their internal transmission lines. This being Texas, they will likely raise the cost of energy for the lowest income consumers as punishment to pay for the damage (the Texas energy system is run by the power producers, who appear to view it as a means to make themselves wealthier, at great cost to the population).
