but how much water is being absorbed by the grounds? that needs to be taken into consideration
Been rocking this machine for like 7 years now. It's great.
I think it was mentioned in an image caption but it's possible to adjust the grind much more than the steps on the wheel by fiddling with the burrs. I don't know how many settings you get out of the combination of the two but it feels like quite a lot.
Additionally, even though the wheel is notched it's quite possible to do fractions. My current bean needs an 8.8 or thereabouts.
